As HR Director, you'll lead the full spectrum of HR functions—from talent acquisition and employee engagement to labor relations and compliance. You'll be instrumental in scaling recruitment operations, shaping organizational culture, and ensuring legal and safety standards are met across the board.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee HR operations: recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, labor relations, and compliance
  • Design and implement recruitment strategies aligned with BPO growth targets
  • Lead and mentor HR teams to meet KPIs and SLAs
  • Advise leadership on employment law and regulatory compliance (DOLE, OSH, etc.)
  • Serve as Safety Officer or supervise OSH program implementation
  • Drive organizational transformation and HR systems optimization
  • Manage employee relations, legal investigations, and external counsel coordination
  • Develop workforce planning, succession, and employee development strategies
  • Lea audits, risk assessments, and HR compliance reviews

Job Qualifications:

  • Currently serving as HR Manager or Director in a BPO/call center for
    3+ years
  • Proven success in leading large-scale recruitment teams and strategies
  • Hands-on experience as a Safety Officer;
    BOSH/COSH or DOLE-accredited safety certifications preferred
  • Strong grasp of Philippine labor law;
    employment law background or attorney highly preferred
  • Master's degree, JD, or bar membership is a plus
