We're looking for a
Director for Human Resources & Learning and Development
— a visionary yet hands-on leader who will shape our people strategy from the ground up and bring our culture to life.

What You'll Do

  • Lead
    HR strategy, organization design, and culture development
    from pre-opening through operations.
  • Build the full HR foundation —
    recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, compliance, and employee relations
    .
  • Drive large-scale
    pre-opening recruitment and learning programs
    to prepare the resort for launch.
  • Establish
    HR systems, policies, and performance management
    frameworks.
  • Build the
    L&D function
    , including leadership programs, competency frameworks, and service excellence training.
  • Partner with the General Manager and department heads to shape a service-driven, people-first culture.

What You Bring

  • At least 10 years' senior HR experience
    in hotels, resorts, or hospitality groups.
  • Proven
    pre-opening experience
    in large-scale or mixed-use developments.
  • Strong understanding of
    Philippine labor law, HRIS/payroll systems, and workforce compliance
    .
  • Experience in
    mass hiring, vendor management, and hospitality learning programs
    .
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
