Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Java developers in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade applications
  • Architect and build scalable, high-performance backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and RESTful APIs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including Product, DevOps, QA, and UI/UX — to deliver seamless, end-to-end solutions
  • Uphold code quality by establishing best practices, conducting thorough code reviews, and enforcing architectural standards
  • Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design through testing, deployment, and support
  • Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks, implementing optimizations to enhance speed, scalability, and reliability
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks, and champion their adoption to improve team productivity and product quality

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree, any field
  • Minimum 5 years as Java Developer utilizing Java, Springboot within Microservice Architecture
  • Atleast a year of relevant experience handling Associate Developer
  • Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
  • Project exposures related to Financial, Banking, Insurance will be an advantage
