  • Generate and Process Invoices: Prepare, review, and issue invoices accurately and in a timely manner, following established company policies and procedures.
  • Customer Account Management: Maintain and update customer billing records, ensuring all account details are current and correct.
  • Audit and Reconciliation: Review billing data for errors or inconsistencies, resolving any discrepancies before invoices are sent out. Reconcile billing accounts with the general ledger.
  • Payment and Collections Support: Assist with applying customer payments and follow up on outstanding invoices, escalating collection issues to management when necessary.
  • Respond to Inquiries: Address billing-related questions and concerns from customers and internal teams promptly and professionally.
  • Process Adjustments: Prepare and process credit memos, debits, and invoice adjustments as required.
  • Reporting: Assist in the preparation of regular billing reports, including aging reports, to management.
  • Compliance: Ensure all billing practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations and company financial policies.
