Job Description:

Job Summary : The position is mainly responsible in ensuring timely and accurate billing for Intercompany transactions and PH local invoice searching and printing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Completing all the paperworks subject for outgoing and incoming on a weekly basis
  • Audit and analyze if shipments are valid for billing
  • Collaboration with Country F&A, WWF, Manbill, Collections and Billing team
  • PH local invoice searching and printing
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as identified by the Team Lead or Supervisor.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Good at data analysis, communication, distribution.

Qualifications and Requirements

  •   Preferably College graduate with Finance or Accounting background.
  •     With good oral and written communication,
  •     Proficient in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word and Access
  •     Keen to details, analytical and can work with less supervision,
  •     Committed, dependable and dedicated to providing high quality output on a timely manner.
  •     Must be a team player and with good customer service orientation.
  •     Preferably with knowledge in Intercompany Billing
  •     Can start immediately.
