Billing & Claims Associate
Overall Objective:
To ensure accurate and timely billing and claims processing for supply chain operations, supporting financial integrity and customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process billing documents for logistics and supply chain transactions
- Validate and reconcile invoices against purchase orders, delivery receipts, and contracts
- Manage claims related to discrepancies, shortages, damages, or pricing issues
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve billing and claims disputes promptly
- Maintain accurate records of all billing and claims activities in ERP systems
- Generate periodic reports on billing accuracy, claims status, and resolution timelines
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and audit requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience:
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or claims management, preferably in supply chain or logistics operations
- Familiarity with sales and distribution industry is an advantage
