Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily operations of the online store/s (product listings, pricing, stock availability, etc.)
  • Ensure product pages are optimized for search and conversion (titles, descriptions, images, reviews)
  • Track and analyze store performance (traffic, sales, conversion rates, cart abandonment)
  • Generate reports and provide insights for sales trends and customer behavior
  • Monitor competitor pricing and trends to stay competitive
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for monthly mega sales (e.g., 9.9, 11.11), holidays, and brand events
  • Coordinate with marketplaces and internal teams to run vouchers, ads, and platform promotions
  • Manage flash sales, bundles, and limited-time offers to drive traffic and sales
  • Work with warehouse or operations team to ensure timely stock replenishment
  • Oversee order fulfillment process, returns, and customer service coordination
  • Improve customer journey and ensure a smooth shopping experience
  • Manage product reviews and customer feedback to boost store ratings
  • Coordinate with marketing, logistics, customer service, and product teams
  • Lead and guide e-commerce associates or digital team members (if applicable)

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree Administration, any related field

Experience / Skills Requirements:

  • At least 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing
  • Experience managing online stores on platforms such as Shopify, TikTok, Lazada, and Shopee.
  • Knowledge in SEO, SEM, and performance marketing
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and e-commerce analytics
  • Background in product listing, pricing strategy, and online merchandising
  • Strong understanding of logistics, order fulfillment, and inventory coordination
  • Experience in managing campaigns and promotions (e.g., 11.11, Payday Sales, etc.)

Working Hours:

  • 8 Hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40,000.00 per month
