Digital & Ecomm Manager
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. E- commerce Strategy & Operations
· Develop and implement the company's e-commerce roadmap aligned with overall business objectives.
· Ensure that CLCMV Corp brands are present in leading online platforms
· Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to achieve and exceed digital sales targets for both Hom and Infant Furniture product lines.
· Manage day – to – day online store operations (e.g., product listings, pricing, promotions, live selling, and order fulfillment).
· Oversee partnership with online marketplaces, aggregators, and third – party platforms.
· Analyze e-commerce performance metrics and consumer behavior to identify trends and areas for improvement.
· Coordinate with logistics, inventory and customer service teas to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
2. Digital Marketing Management
· Plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels ( social media, search, display, email, influencer marketing, etc.).
· Oversee content planning and publication based on product availability, promotion, and key events.
· Drive SEO/SEM performance to increase traffic and conversion
Manage digital advertising budgets, ROI Tracking, and performance reports.
· Strengthen the digital presence and brand awareness of CLCMV Corp., and its brands.
3. Website and Platform Management
· Ensure e-commerce platforms and websites are updated, user-friendly, and aligned with the brand's visual and functional standards.
· Collaborate with IT and design teams to implement enhancements that improve user experience and conversion rates.
· Monitor and resolve technical or customer-facing issues promptly.
4. Data Analytics & Reporting
· Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion, sales, AOV (Average Order Value), CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and retention.
· Provide regular reports and insights to management for decision-making.
· Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc) to measure campaign effectiveness.
5. Team Leadership & Cross-functional Coordination
· Lead and develop the digital and e-commerce team (including content specialists and order fulfillment staff).
· Work closely with Marketing, Creative team, Sales, Merchandising, and Warehouse teams to ensure alignment on goals and execution.
· Coordinate with external agencies or vendors for SEO, ads management, creative, or technical support.
6. Innovation and Growth
· Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital best practices.
· Identify and propose new business opportunities through digital channels (e.g., live selling, affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships).
· Champion digital transformation initiatives within the company.
Qualifications Needed:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, preferably in retail, consumer goods, or lifestyle industries.
Strong knowledge of online platforms such as Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and aggregator sites.
Proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and SEO/SEM tools.
Knowledgeable in website management.
Creative, analytical, and results-oriented with strong project management skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Demonstrates a proactive attitude with a strong can-do mindset, consistently seeking solutions and taking initiative.
Strategic thinking and ability to align product development with business goals.
Excellent understanding of digital consumer behavior.
Google Analytics Certification
Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate
Digital Marketing Certification
Primarily office-based work with regular use of computers and digital devices.
May require light physical activity such as handling furniture samples or assisting in product styling for photo or video shoots (typically under 10 kg).
Ability to work flexible hours when needed (e.g., during online campaign launches, live selling events, or system rollouts).
Comfortable working in both office and showroom environments with occasional travel to partner stores or e-commerce events.
