The E-commerce Specialist is involved in the creation and upkeep of the company's e-commerce platforms including tasks such as uploading new products and optimizing site performance. Achieving sales targets is a key responsibility.

  • Oversee product listings, pricing, and promotions to boost sales and profitability in various e-commerce platforms.
  • Process incoming orders promptly and accurately to uphold efficiency.
  • Work closely with the logistics team to refine the fulfillment process, optimizing shipping methods for enhanced efficiency.
  • Keep a close eye on the status of online orders, quickly addressing any problems or delays to minimize their impact on customers.
  • Keep accurate inventory records for multiple warehouses and online platforms
  • Monitor stock levels and work with the purchasing team to restock inventory when necessary.
  • Develop strategies to decrease excess inventory and prevent stock shortages.
  • Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and operational metrics to spot trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations and actionable insights to improve website functionality, product offerings, and marketing campaigns.
  • Create regular reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and offer actionable insights to management.
  • Stay updated on platform changes and new features, applying best practices to improve the customer experience
  • Find and fix inefficiencies in current processes by implementing streamlined solutions.
  • Collaborate with various teams like IT, customer service, and marketing to develop improve and process and make workflows more efficient.
  • Complies with the proper operating procedures of the company safety and health regulations.
  • Formulate systems, policies and procedures for the assigned scope of responsibility.
  • Adheres to Policies/Procedures, Employee Code of Ethics and Conduct, and Corporate Governance regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
