Customer Service Representative – Home Care Account
Full-Time | Onsite - Angeles City, Pampanga
We are looking for compassionate, dedicated, and service-oriented individuals to join our Home Care Support Team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring clients, caregivers, and field staff receive timely assistance, accurate information, and reliable support throughout their home care experience. You will act as the main point of contact for inquiries, concerns, and service coordination, ensuring that every interaction is handled with empathy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide assistance to clients, caregivers, and field staff regarding schedules, service requests, policies, and general inquiries.
- Support internal coordination by working closely with departments such as Scheduling, HR, and Care Management.
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all calls and interactions in the CRM or required systems.
- Comply with company policies, operational standards, confidentiality guidelines, and HIPAA requirements.
- Monitor pending requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
- Meet performance expectations related to quality, productivity, responsiveness, and attendance.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment when handling urgent or complex concerns.
- Deliver a positive customer experience by maintaining a caring, patient, and professional tone at all times.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Psychology, or related field (preferred but not required).
- At least one year of customer service or BPO experience is required.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Comfortable handling calls, chat, and email support.
- High empathy, patience, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in CRM platforms, MS Office applications, and Google Workspace.
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Motivated by performance metrics and committed to high-quality service.
- Willing to work onsite full-time.
