Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction:
- Handle customer inquiries via various channels (email, chat, phone) in a professional and courteous manner.
- Responding promptly to inquiries in most effective ways to answer a customer's questions
2. Order Management:
- Assist customers with order status, tracking, and changes. Resolve issues related to order fulfillment, returns, refund and exchanges.
3. Product Knowledge:
- Provide detailed information about products, services, and promotions. Upsell or cross-sell products where appropriate.
- Provide detailed information about warranty offers.
4. Issue Resolution:
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively and efficiently.
- Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions.
5. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments, such as shipping and inventory, returns, and fulfillment operations to ensure smooth order processing and resolution of issues.
6. Product Returns:
- Manage and document the return and exchange process, including issuing refunds or replacements as needed.
- Manage the documentation of delivery failed orders.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- At least 1 year experience proven customer support experience or experience as a Customer Service Representative
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Answering inbound phone calls and inquiries and complaints on online platforms such as Shopee and Lazada
- Generate sales leads
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php695.00 per day
