Customer Service Representative (CSR)

General Duties

·       Receive inbound work by various methods (phone, email, electronic) and process to ensure jobs are accurately and efficiently booked

·       Receive inbound questions about products and provide accurate information, and, where possible, convert to a booking

·       Place outbound follow-up calls to customers to confirm booking details

·       Complete administration (such as "Posting Invoices") as per relevant policy/procedure

·       Complete other duties as directed by the Call Center Manager

Sales

·       Place outbound calls to previous customers to speak about product/sales options

·       Identify up-sell opportunities and close sales whilst speaking with customers

QUALIFICATIONS:

·       With at least 1-2 years of customer service experience

·       Previous experience in the automotive windscreen/tinting industry

·       Excellent communication skills

·       Excellent customer service skills and experience delivering strong customer service via e-mail and phone

·       Demonstrated experience handling a variety of customer service issues

·       Ability to meet targets

·       With Basic Microsoft Excel experience

·       Fast typing speed

·       Computer Savvy

·       Team player who can work with a variety of people throughout the company

·       Willingness to learn

·       Ability to take initiative

·       Willing to work on a shifting schedule (Day, Night, Weekends)

·       Willing to work on-site – Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga
