As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a driven and results-oriented B2B Sales Professional to join their expanding team and play a key role in driving new business opportunities.
The RoleThis is a pure new business development position—perfect for a proactive sales professional who thrives on building relationships and closing deals. You'll identify, pursue, and convert new opportunities across WA and Australia, working directly with decision-makers and business leaders to provide smart, scalable technology solutions tailored to their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively prospect, cold call, and generate qualified leads.
- Conduct product presentations and tailor proposals to meet client needs.
- Engage and build relationships with business owners, IT managers, and senior executives.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close and handover.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and pipeline KPIs.
- Maintain detailed records and follow-ups within the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitor activities.
- Proven success in B2B new business development, ideally within the technology or solutions sector.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven with a strong sense of accountability.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident in engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Strong ability to identify client pain points and offer strategic, solution-based recommendations.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
