Nutritionist-Dietitian

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Plan, analyze, and evaluate menus.
• Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to develop healthy and appealing recipes.
• Conduct nutritional assessments and provide recommendations for menu improvement.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and nutrition regulations.
• Train kitchen and service staff on portion control, food handling, and nutritional awareness.
• Monitor food preparation methods and ingredients to maintain quality and health standards.
• Assist in designing calorie and allergen information for menu items

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics.
• Preferably Licensed Nutritionist-Dietitian (RND).
• Experience in food service, restaurant, or catering industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of menu planning, nutrition labeling, and food safety standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and passion for promoting healthy, balanced meals.
