The role ensures accurate management of HR data, including employee records, timekeeping, and performance metrics, while maintaining compliance with policies and regulations. Responsibilities include generating insightful HR reports, supporting compliance efforts, collaborating on process improvements, and providing HR operational support for timekeeping and clearance processing.
Financial Management:
- Fulfills responsibilities within the set budget and suggests innovations or improvements which can lead to either revenue growth or cost savings.
Client Experience:
- Contributes to the efficient delivery of services to by meeting SLAs, complying with established standards, guidelines, and procedures, and seeking guidance to improve their efficiency with the end-goal of improving the overall experience.
- Communicates professionally with clients, external contacts, and colleagues, and seeks guidance on complex issues, to deliver consistent positive client experiences.
Process Management:
- Fulfills the following processes and activities consistently according to agreed-upon quality standards and turn-around time:
a. Collection, cleaning, and maintenance of HR-related data, including employee records, timekeeping data, performance metrics, and engagement surveys to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in compliance with organizational policies and data protection regulations.
b. Creation of reports and dashboards to provide insights into key HR metrics, such as attrition rates, recruitment performance (e.g., PA and PPAF), employee satisfaction, and HR demographics.
c. Support in ensuring HR data compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and confidentiality.
d. Coordination with direct manager to improve current processes and procedures while maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders.
e. Processing of timekeeping for active employees and clearances for exiting employees. - Follows established policies and guidelines, suggests improvements based on everyday experience and seeks guidance when needed.
- Resolves simple concerns within their function efficiently and escalates issues as needed to maintain established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Data Management:
- Follows data and document management standards and procedures in handling documents and data to ensure its accuracy and completeness.
- Provides accurate data or completes assigned reports according to specifications while observing the SLA and the data and document management standards and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in psychology and business programs.
Minimum of 3 year experience in data management projects, preferably related to Human Resources analytics or in the financial services domain.
Knowledge in MS Office Applications.
- Numerical proficiency.
- Creating basic chart designs
- Proficiency in Canva."
- With at least 2 year of experience in Human Resource Management
