JOB TITLE: Store Manager / Store Supervisor

LOCATION: Multiple Sites (Scout Rallos, San Juan, Binondo, others)

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time, On-site

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for hands-on, adaptable, and reliable Store Managers and Supervisors to oversee daily operations across our different F&B concepts. This role goes beyond just managing one store — you'll help build systems, support training, and ensure that no store is left behind as we scale.

You'll be working closely with the central team and owners, making sure every outlet upholds the same level of service, quality, and efficiency. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy solving problems on the ground, this is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned outlet(s)
  • Manage front-of-house and back-of-house coordination
  • Track inventory, sales reports, scheduling, and cash handling
  • Supervise and support staff; assist in hiring and onboarding
  • Ensure consistency in customer service, food quality, and cleanliness
  • Communicate closely with HR, Admin, and Executive Team on needs and updates
  • Provide on-ground training and coaching when needed
  • Be open to rotation or assignment in different brands/outlets

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 1–2 years experience in a supervisor or assistant manager role
  • Strong background in food & beverage, retail, or hospitality
  • Excellent leadership, delegation, and time management skills
  • Comfortable with multitasking and working under pressure
  • Willing to be deployed to different store locations as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Multi-brand, multi-branch exposure is a big plus
  • Familiarity with store-level inventory and POS systems
  • Background in basic accounting or reporting a plus
