YOUR DAILY TASKS

  • Provide technical advice and IT solutions to customers, from home users to large businesses.
  • Prepare quotations for systems (gaming PCs to enterprise equipment) and handle inquiries on products, accounts, and deliveries via phone, email/tickets, and live chat.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Aftersales, Warehouse, Retail Stores) to ensure complete and accurate solutions.
  • Participate in weekly and monthly sales meetings to discuss the performance, progress and plans of the department.
  • Participate in training sessions about aftersales/customer service handling or technical and vendor type training (some may be outside normal hours)

ABOUT YOU

  • Technical expertise in the latest computer hardware and components
  • 2–3 years' experience in presales and sales for IT products
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and phone support skills, with strong listening and empathy.
  • Results-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage time and tasks effectively.
  • Professional, reliable, and adaptable, with integrity, resilience, and positive energy.
  • Amenable to working onsite in Taguig
