Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role located in Taguig for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day tasks such as providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving customer inquiries and complaints, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The representative will be responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service skills to meet the company's standards and clients' expectations.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
