Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Taguig. Responsibilities include providing customer support, addressing inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of customer service and experience. Day-to-day tasks involve handling customer interactions through various channels, resolving issues promptly, and contributing to overall customer engagement.
