ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a
Customer Support Representative
who is passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences through clear communication, empathy, and professionalism. If you have a knack for solving problems and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to have you on our team


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide exceptional customer service via voice (inbound/outbound calls).
  • Assist customers with inquiries, account information, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Meet performance targets for quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 2nd Year College Level (any field)
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Service — voice support preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig
  • Amenable to project-based employment
  • Able to report ASAP.
