MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

Related Work Experience:
Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications Manager

Knowledge (knowledgeable in the following):
Proficiency in brand, communications, digital marketing. May or may not have experience in using CRM related platforms (i.e. Salesforce, Clevertap, Talon One)

Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of brand and/or digital marketing strategies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and leadership skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly evolving CRM landscape

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Key duties typically include:

1. Campaign Planning:
Developing marketing strategies and campaign plans based on customer data, market research, and business goals.

2. Audience Segmentation:
Using CRM data to segment customers into targeted groups for personalized marketing.

3. Content Creation and Management:
Coordinating the creation of marketing materials and managing content across various channels.

4. Execution:
Implementing campaigns across multiple platforms, including email, social media, and websites.

5. Tracking and Analytics:
Monitoring campaign performance through CRM analytics, tracking key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI.

6. Optimization:
Analyzing campaign data to identify areas for improvement and making necessary adjustments to optimize performance.

7. Collaboration:
Working closely with sales, product, and other marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective campaign execution.

8. Reporting:
Providing regular reports on campaign performance to stakeholders and making data-driven recommendations.
