The Marketing Campaign Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and assessing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline
channels. The role exists to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation by leveraging expertise in SEO, SEM, press releases, social
media, sponsorships, and events management. Operating within the marketing strategies defined by the department, the specialist ensures
campaigns align with brand objectives and target audiences, aiming for measurable growth in visibility and conversions.

Web Development Team (for website enhancements)
Cross-functional teams (for campaign execution coordination)
Sales Team (alignment on lead generation and campaign impact)
Marketing Analytics Team (for campaign performance tracking and
reporting)

Media Outlets and Journalists (for PR strategies and media coverage)
Sponsorship Partners (aligning sponsorships with brand objectives)
Event Vendors and Organizers (for executing events)
Digital Advertising Platforms (e.g., Google Ads for SEM campaigns)
Key Duties and Responsibilities Measurement Criteria / Metrics
Campaign Planning & Execution
Develop comprehensive marketing plans and execute across digital and offline channels; ensure
alignment with brand objectives and audience targeting.
Success rate of campaigns, timely execution,
alignment with brand goals.
Digital Marketing
Implement SEO strategies, manage SEM campaigns, and create social media content to drive traffic
and conversions.
Increase in organic search visibility, conversion
rates, and social engagement.
Content Creation & Design
Write compelling copy and design graphics using tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; produce
video content for various marketing needs.
Quality and consistency of content, audience
engagement rates.
PR and Media Relations
Develop PR strategies, draft press releases, and build relationships with media outlets to enhance
brand reputation.
Number of media mentions, positive coverage,
and successful PR campaigns.
Events & Sponsorships
Plan and manage events such as webinars and product launches; secure and manage sponsorships to
support campaign objectives.
Successful event execution, sponsorship value,
and audience reach.
Campaign Evaluation
Track campaign performance, analyze metrics, and prepare reports with insights for future
optimization.
Accuracy of reporting, insights leading to
campaign improvement, ROI of campaigns.

● Project Management Skills: Capability to plan and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and staying within
budget.
● Marketing Technology Proficiency: Knowledge of CRM tools for managing leads and content management systems for website updates and
landing pages.
● Industry Trends Awareness: Staying current with new digital marketing trends, platform updates, and changes in consumer behavior to
adapt strategies accordingly.
● Bachelor's degree in Integrated Marketing Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
● 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing.
● Certification in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Ads Certification) is preferred.
● PR or Media Relations certification can be an added advantage.
