Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Campaign Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns. The Campaign Manager will work closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Planning & Strategy:

  • Develop, plan, and oversee end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and paid media channels.

  • Collaborate with clients or internal stakeholders to define campaign objectives, target audiences, messaging, and KPIs.

  • Create detailed campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Campaign Execution:

  • Coordinate with creative, content, media buying, and analytics teams to execute campaigns.

  • Ensure all campaign materials meet brand standards, client expectations, and platform specifications.

  • Manage daily campaign operations, track progress, and resolve issues promptly.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.).

  • Analyze data to optimize campaigns in real-time and recommend adjustments to maximize ROI. Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to clients or stakeholders.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams regarding campaign updates.

  • Conduct regular campaign reviews, performance meetings, and client presentations.

  • Ensure smooth coordination between departments and maintain strong client relationships.

Budget Management:

  • Monitor campaign budgets, track expenses, and ensure campaigns stay within allocated budgets.

  • Provide accurate budget forecasts and manage invoicing related to campaign activities.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to recommend innovative campaign approaches.

  • Identify process improvements to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience managing multi-channel marketing or digital campaigns.

  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.

  • Excellent communication, client-facing, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, project management software, and reporting dashboards.

  • Experience working in a marketing agency is a plus.
