We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Associates/Specialists to join one of our accounts in Quezon City. This is a full-time role that will play a crucial part in shaping and executing our client's brand strategy to drive engagement and business growth.

What you'll be doing

  • Monitor user comments across the company website and all associated social media channels in real-time.
  • Respond to user comments and inquiries in a friendly, professional, and timely manner, maintaining brand voice and tone.
  • Address any customer complaints, concerns, or feedback promptly, ensuring a positive experience for all users.
  • Maintain a consistent presence during key times (e.g., product launches, campaigns, events) to ensure timely responses.

  • Interactive Monitoring and Review

  • Track and evaluate user-generated content across various platforms (e.g., forums, social media, in-app comments, and live/video stream chats).

  • Assess posts, comments, images, and videos to ensure alignment with community standards and policy guidelines.
  • Identify, remove, or escalate content that is inappropriate, offensive, or harmful in accordance with moderation procedures.
  • Utilize moderation dashboards and tools to respond promptly and take necessary actions in real time.

User Interaction and Support

  • Address user reports and complaints raised on social media by customers
  • Communicate with users professionally and empathetically when required, such as issuing warnings or offering explanations.
  • Enforce moderation guidelines consistently and impartially across all content and user interactions.

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience in social media management
  • Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different tones and situations.
  • Strong customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Excellent attention to details and a quick, thoughtful decision-maker.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple platforms and priorities.
  • A passion for community-building and user engagement.
