Position Summary:

The Social Media Marketing Associate is responsible for managing the company's social media platforms and developing engaging content strategies to strengthen brand presence and audience engagement. This position is open to fresh graduates or candidates with related internship experience preferably from an IT company, but applicants from other industries are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and manage the company's social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Develop and execute social media content strategies aligned with marketing goals.
  • Create engaging posts, graphics, and short-form videos to boost online visibility.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan online campaigns and promotions.
  • Monitor social media engagement, respond to inquiries, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Assist in brainstorming creative concepts for brand and product promotions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or any related field.
  • With related internship experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably in an IT company (but not required).
  • Proficient in social media platforms and basic analytics tools.
  • Knowledgeable in editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar).
  • Creative, proactive, and up to date with social media trends.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and deliver outputs on time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
