We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Policies Supervisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is an excellent writer and communicator, capable of drafting, implementing, and monitoring sales-related policies and processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and regularly update sales policies, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Make sure sales policies are followed consistently across the company.
  • Help the seller services team with backroom tasks and ensure all documents and processes meet company standards.
  • Work with internal teams to support the sales process.
  • Review sales data and suggest ways to improve how we work internally.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Real Estate Management, Communication, or Business-related courses
  • Excellent writing and communication skills – able to produce clear, concise, and professional documents
  • Experience in sales support, policy writing, or administrative roles
  • Background in real estate operations or sales operations in any industry
  • Strong attention to detail, with good organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools
  • Able to work independently and take initiative in improving systems and processes
