  • Will be in charge of store operations
  • Ensure all store team members are presentable and ready for day-to-day operations
  • Proper delegation of work responsibilities
  • Ensure proper maintenance of all store equipment
  • Achieves Store Sales targets, Sales Growth targets and Profitability.
  • Leads the team to create sales building strategies, operational effectiveness and organizational management.
  • Supervises and ensures that Team Leaders and Store Crews perform the highest standards in customer service, food quality and store cleanliness.
  • Leads in building store/brand awareness through community relations and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Adheres to Store operating systems, food safety standards, government regulatory requirements and Company's policy and procedures.
  • Prepares Store periodic reports, operations budget and reviews monthly store P&L.
  • Audits daily sales reports vs sales collection including bank deposits.
  • Maintains professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Performs other tasks as directed by management.
  • Willing to relocate
  • Preferably living near Pasay, Malate Manila

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
  • With at least 2 years experience as Restaurant Supervisor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Pasay: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
