Position Title: Area Sales Supervisor

Work Location: Pasay & Manila

Position Overview:

The Area Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned store in Pasay and Head Office in Manila. The role ensures sales targets are achieved, visual merchandising standards are maintained, and store operations are efficiently managed. The Area Sales Supervisor leads, trains, and motivates store teams to deliver excellent customer experience and uphold brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Performance

  • Drive store sales performance to meet or exceed targets.
  • Analyze sales reports and implement action plans to improve productivity and profitability.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

Store Operations Management

  • Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
  • Ensure proper scheduling, staffing, and adherence to operational standards.
  • Conduct regular store visits to check performance and provide guidance to store teams.

Visual Merchandising

  • Implement and maintain company-approved visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Ensure that product displays, signage, and layouts align with brand image and seasonal campaigns.
  • Train and guide store staff in maintaining store aesthetics and customer-friendly layouts.

People Management

  • Supervise, coach, and develop Store Supervisors and Store Associates.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support career growth.
  • Foster a positive and engaging work environment aligned with company values.

Customer Experience

  • Ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service across stores.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve escalated issues effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, store supervision, or area sales.
  • Strong knowledge in visual merchandising and store operations management.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexible to report in both Pasay and Manila locations.
