The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for the management of the shifts. This includes managing operations, cash management and providing opening and closing directions. They also have the supervisory responsibility of team members ensuring that team members come to work, do their job according to standard operating standards, and are ready and able to work their shifts. They are also responsible for stocks and with the Store Manager, ensures that the restaurant has all adequate supplies necessary for smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant.

  • Helps in the profitability of his or her store by meeting shift targets, managing wastage and keeping inventory within acceptable levels
  • Ensures management directives and company policies are complied with
  • Provides solutions to issues and concerns while on shift and ensures a smooth turnover to the next Manager on Duty
  • Ensures Total Quality Experience for both internal and external guests
