Job Purpose

Serves as the first level of contact for requestors in procuring products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating with the Category Manager for proper alignment on policies and company directions
  • Ensuring timely processing of Purchase Requests
  • Ensuring that the right supplier and product or service will match the requirements of the requestors
  • Uses various negotiation techniques with suppliers to achieve the desired results of stakeholders
  • Proper coordination with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and in compliance with the terms and conditions set forth on the Purchase Orders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Management or any relevant field.
  • At least 3 -year experience in procurement or supply chain supervisor role.
  • At least 1 -year experience in retail and or related industry.
