We're looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and fast-learning Estimator to join our growing remote team You'll work closely with our client's Outside Sales Team to prepare and process accurate, high-quality quotes for customers.

If you love organizing details, keeping things running smoothly, and using technology to make processes more efficient, this is the perfect role for you. You'll play a key part in supporting our sales operations ensuring quotes are delivered on time, systems are updated, and our clients are always taken care of.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Partner with the Outside Sales Team to create and process quotes for clients.
  • Ensure all quotes are accurate, complete, and aligned with client requirements.
  • Follow up on all pending quotes and keep the CRM system up to date with the latest information.
  • Standardize and systemize quotation processes for improved efficiency and consistency.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in quote generation and documentation.
  • Manage multiple quotation requests simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

What We're Looking For:

  • Salesforce experience preferred.
  • AutoQuotes or Specifi experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with quotation or CRM platforms.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools.
  • A fast learner who adapts quickly to new systems.
  • Experience in estimating, quoting, or sales coordination is an advantage.
  • Demonstrates accountability and ownership of work.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.
  • Committed to continuous improvement and high accuracy.
