MEP Estimator

We're hiring a full-time Dual Electrical & Mechanical Estimator to support a leading Australian building services firm delivering commercial, retail, and industrial projects nationwide.

This is a long-term remote role for someone confident preparing BOQs, supplier pricing, and tender documentation across both electrical and mechanical (HVAC) scopes.

You'll be responsible for managing the full estimating cycle — reviewing drawings, preparing cost breakdowns, sourcing supplier quotes, and supporting the tender process through to final submission.

Must Haves:

• 4+ years estimating experience on Australian commercial or industrial projects
• Proven capability across both electrical and mechanical/HVAC estimating
• Experience preparing BOQs, pricing schedules, and tender documentation
• Familiarity with tools such as SimPRO, Bluebeam, or CostX (advantageous)
• Excellent English communication skills — able to liaise with engineers, suppliers, and clients
• Reliable home office setup in the Philippines
