Personal Assistant/Secretary

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant / Executive Secretary to support our founder and team operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to handle both administrative and personal responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage founder's calendar, email, and travel arrangements
- Handle administrative and personal tasks/errands
- Track team hours, assist with payroll prep and HR documentation
- Organize team events, meetings, and internal logistics
- Maintain filing systems, organize documents, and records
- Coordinate with staff and external contacts
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion
Requirements:
- At least 1–2 years experience as PA, EA, or similar role
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Familiar with Google Workspace
- Comfortable with basic HR/payroll tools
- Based in or able to work in BGC, Manila
- Excellent discretion and ability to multitask
