Inventory Management Associate

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Accounting or any Business-related course
  • Computer literate, with flexibility to handle various accounting tasks and work with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in using inventory management systems to update stock counts and generate reports
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
  • Responsible, reliable, and able to meet deadlines effectively

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate inventory records through computer systems and reporting tools
  • Conduct regular inventory counts, reconciliations, and variance analysis
  • Support accounting functions related to inventory and asset management
  • Prepare and submit timely reports for management decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and reporting deadlines
