Summary of Functions:

The Accounting Associate is responsible for performing variety of duties under the supervision of the Accounting Manager.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor all monthly payables and ensure they paid ahead of time/on time as approved.

  2. Facilitate coordination and routing of all requests and checks for signature.

  3. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all checks, check vouchers, corresponding remittance slip, required documents, etc.

  4. Monitor Cash Advances

  5. Prepare summary of liquidation and posting of the same in the accounting system

  6. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports/inventory of all checks that were processed/released

Qualifications:

  1. Candidate must be a graduate of BS Accountancy or equivalent

  2. With atleast one (1) year experience in accounts payable.

  3. At least two (1) year work experienced in the related field is required for this position.

  4. Experience in construction company is advantage.

  5. Must be trustworthy, team player and follow instructions thoroughly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php24,000.00 per month
