Job description:

INVENTORY ASSOCIATE

Assists in overseeing and maintaining an inventory supply of products and equipment. In-Charge in keeping track and control of all products and supplies, ensuring that stock is organized and accurate and processing of deliveries till closing of orders.

DUTIES and FUNCTIONS:

1. PROCESSING AND DOCUMENTATION

1.1 Draft for Checking Request

1.1.1 Responsible in coordination with the warehouse and Instrumentation for checking and concerns.

1.1.2 Responsible in coordination with the SOA or Requestor.

1.2 Sales Order and Demonstration Request

1.2.1 Responsible in creation of Inventory Release Form / Delivery Order Summary.

1.2.2 Responsible in coordination with warehouse for pick and pack.

1.2.3 Responsible in coordination with Marketing/Sales

1.2.4 Responsible in submission of Proof of Deliveries and MPRN to Finance.

2. MONITORING AND CONTROL

2.1 Inventory Registers

2.1.1 Responsible in maintaining and updating of inventory database.

2.1.2 Responsible for accuracy of physical inventory against records.

2.1.3 Responsible in recording of item/s movement i.e. in-bound / out-bound.

2.1.4 Responsible in keeping all pertinent inventory records.

2.2 Tracking Movements

2.2.1 Responsible in monitoring of all open transactions.

2.2.2 Responsible in attending requestors' queries.

3. REPORTING

3.1 Monthly Movement Summary (in-bound/out-bound)

3.2 Monthly Expiry Status Summary

3.3 Monthly Ageing Summary

3.4 Monthly Open/Pending Transactions Summary

3.5 Monthly Perpetual Counts Summary per Group per Principal

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years' experience in Supply Chain Management. (Any industry but an advantage in healthcare setting)
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • With Intermediate skills with M.S Excel, Word & Power point.
  • Willing to render OT and work in Makati City.
