Summary:

To monitor and update inventory records of all Brands per location and ensures accuracy of stock movements.

  • Recording of inventory balances through proper monitoring, updating, analysis and reconciliation of discrepancies against actual count and stock position reports.
  • Conduct physical count and ensures completeness of actual count of inventories in Warehouse locations.
  • Monitoring of liquidation of items consigned to employees in accordance with the existing Company policies and procedures.
  • Participates in various yearend counts in various Warehouse locations.
  • Participates in various offsite sale events.

  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or any Business related courses
  • At least six (6) months experience in related field
  • Fresh Graduates may be considered
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
