Customer Service Associate

As a Customer Service Associate for our Healthcare Billing & Collections account, you'll handle follow-ups on accounts receivable, process reimbursements, apply cash and denial postings, and manage third-party account collections to keep everything on track.
What you'll bring to the table:
- Conduct follow-up procedures for accounts receivable and collections
- Manage reimbursement processes for assigned third-party accounts
- Apply cash and denial postings to the correct accounts
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors
Key strengths for this role:
- High School (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School graduate
- At least 10 months of BPO experience
- Healthcare background preferred but not required
- Willing to be part of a pioneer line of business (LOB)
