We have an exciting opportunity for a committed and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our growing team at Sutherland Clark. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients across their wireless and broadband services.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries with empathy and professionalism
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  3. Provide accurate information about products, services, and account details
  4. Conduct data entry, documentation, and case management
  5. Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions
  6. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and continuously improve customer service

What we're looking for

  1. Finished at least 2 years in college (or High School Graduate + relevant work experience)
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, empathize, and effectively address customer concerns
  3. Basic computer skills and proficiency in using various software applications
  4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  5. A positive, patient, and friendly attitude, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
