Join our vibrant branch team as a Branch Service Associate at our Angeles, Pampanga location. In this full-time role, you will be the face of City Savings Bank, delivering outstanding customer service and contributing to the success of our retail banking operations. What you'll be doing

  1. Providing a warm and welcoming experience to all customers who visit the branch
  2. Assisting customers with a range of banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries
  3. Accurately processing cash and cheque transactions, and balancing cash drawers
  4. Responding to customer questions and concerns, and referring them to appropriate team members when necessary
  5. Cross-selling bank products and services to meet customer needs
  6. Maintaining branch security and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures
  7. Supporting branch operations and contributing to a positive team environment

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail banking role
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
  3. Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
  4. Basic numeracy skills and the ability to handle cash transactions with confidence
  5. A team player who is adaptable and willing to learn
  6. Proficiency in English and the local language (Kapampangan)
  7. A graduate of any business course or equivalent
  8. Fresh graduates are open to apply.
