About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Associates to join our dynamic team at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' in Angeles City Pampanga. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the financial services industry. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and development.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handle inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat channels
  2. Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  3. Assist customers with account-related questions and transactions
  4. Provide accurate and detailed information to customers
  5. Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members
  6. Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. 1yr CCE, Financial services preferred, B2, 30wpm with 85% accuracy
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
  5. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the financial services industry
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  7. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  8. Fluency in English and the local language
