Key Responsibilities:

    recruitment and talent acquisition
    processes, ensuring timely and quality hires.
  • Develop and implement effective
    sourcing strategies
    to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce planning.
  • Manage
    employer branding
    initiatives to enhance Artelia's market presence.
  • Handle
    employee and labor relations
    concerns, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Plan and execute
    employee engagement activities, including company events, team-building programs, and culture-building initiatives
    .
  • Maintain accurate recruitment and employee records for reporting and compliance purposes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management
    , or a related field.
  • 3 - 4 years
    of experience in
    recruitment and/or talent acquisition
    .
  • Experience in
    recruiting for Engineering Design roles
    is a strong advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills in
    event planning and employee engagement initiatives
    .
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and start
    immediately
    .
