Recruitment, Employee and Labor Relations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end
recruitment and talent acquisition
processes, ensuring timely and quality hires. - Develop and implement effective
sourcing strategies
to attract top talent. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce planning.
- Manage
employer branding
initiatives to enhance Artelia's market presence. - Handle
employee and labor relations
concerns, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. - Plan and execute
employee engagement activities, including company events, team-building programs, and culture-building initiatives
. - Maintain accurate recruitment and employee records for reporting and compliance purposes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in
Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management
, or a related field. - 3 - 4 years
of experience in
recruitment and/or talent acquisition
. - Experience in
recruiting for Engineering Design roles
is a strong advantage. - Strong organizational skills in
event planning and employee engagement initiatives
. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and start
immediately
