Job Description:

The Employee Relations Assistant is responsible in maintaining positive workplace relationships and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. This role involves assisting with employee communication, handling grievances, maintaining employee records, and supporting initiatives to improve employee engagement and organizational culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in addressing employee concerns and grievances.
  • Support the investigation and resolution process of workplace conflicts.
  • Maintain records of employee complaints and resolutions.
  • Prepare and distribute communication related to employee policies, procedures, and updates.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee relations files and documentation.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Support the implementation of employee relations policies and procedures.
  • Support initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and workplace morale.
  • Assist in organizing employee relations events and activities.
  • Maintain and update employee relations databases.
  • Generate regular reports on employee relations metrics and activities.
