Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook dishes following established recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation standards
  • Ensure food is cooked, plated, and served promptly at the proper temperature
  • Safely operate and maintain kitchen equipment (ovens, grills, fryers, food processors, etc.)
  • Monitor ingredient stock levels and communicate supply needs to management
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation across workstations and kitchen areas
  • Assist with receiving, checking, and proper storage of food deliveries
  • Support new menus, recipes, and techniques as introduced
  • Carry out daily opening and/or closing kitchen duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferred but not required)
  • Vocational or Senior High School Graduate
  • Strong cooking skills and a passion for food preparation
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
