• Physical Stamina: Capability to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons, and lift and move heavy arrangements.
• Knowledge of Flowers & Trends: Staying updated on the latest floristry techniques, flower types, and industry trends.
• Logistical Skills: Ability to plan and execute the transportation and setup of floral items at various venues.
• Floral Design: Create unique and aesthetically pleasing floral arrangements, bouquets, centerpieces, and other decor that complements the event's ambiance.
• Arrangement Creation: Use tools like knives, scissors, and wire to construct and assemble floral displays for events.
• Logistics & Setup: Coordinate and manage the delivery and timely setup of floral installations and arrangements at the event location.
• Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of flowers and supplies, ensuring freshness and availability.
• Customer Service: Address client inquiries, provide design guidance, and ensure customer satisfaction with the floral products and services.
• Workspace Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and efficient, ensuring a safe and professional environment.
