This position is generally responsible in conducting company orientation not limited to the Company history, HR policies, benefits and operations related trainings. He must ensure that proper orientation and training is conducted to new employees.

II. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare orientation materials (supplies, logistics etc); Receive training schedule from the recruitment; Coordinates with recruitment team regarding the master list of trainees to arrange the schedule.

Prepare OB, transportation budget request whenever the orientation is outside the Head Office

Ensure completeness of the module and training will start on time (Office or provincial)

Check the attendance of the applicants

Handle and plan the orientation schedule of each training personnel.

Prepare training agreement, DTR, nameplate and ID

Provide instruction to the trainee regarding the training schedule

Monitor the training transmittal report and ensure that report is accurate and complete.

Inform the Team Leader/Supervisor upon arrival to the store during field work. (text the time in, crew/OS on duty, contact number, time out) for future reference

Prepare and check 201 file and submit to Placement section

Prepare training allowance report and submit report to Team Leader and Payroll section

Prepare liquidation report and ensure completeness of the document

Take charge in the employee introduction of new hire employees (Head Office) to all Departments; send out email advisory of the new hires to all Department Head/s

Prepare training reports and submit to the Team Leader (training status, training allowance, expenses, concerns, action plan).

Contact trainees to verify application status and include in the weekly report.

Perform other HR-related activities and support sections like recruitment, placement and others as needed.

III. JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Development and other related business course.

  2. With at least 1 year related work experience.

  3. Average written and oral communications skills

  4. Has a strong Interpersonal skill.

  5. Knowledge of the training procedures and processes, budget and time management skills.

  6. Customer oriented, punctual and a team player.

  7. Computer Literate.

  8. Willing to travel and can adjust to any company environment.

IV. SCOPE OF DECISION MAKING

:  As advised by the Department Head

V. PHYSICAL/WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITION:

 5 days a week at 9.5 hours a day, Monday to Friday

 Normal, well-ventilated working space

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php19,127.90 per month
