Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage merchandise plans aligned with sales targets and seasonal demand.
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent overstock and stock-outs across stores and warehouses.
  • Coordinate timely replenishment and restocking with suppliers, ensuring lead time compliance.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure data accuracy and system alignment.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery and issue resolution.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and product performance per store.
  • Ensure visual merchandising and display standards are met across all retail locations.
  • Support product development initiatives including sampling, approvals, and mass production.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales and inventory reports to management.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Forecast accuracy rate (Sell-in/Sell-out)
  • Stock-out and overstock depletion rates
  • Inventory months-to-carry (IMTC) compliance
  • On-time replenishment booking and delivery
  • Vendor engagement and issue resolution rate
  • SKU turnover and product performance analysis
  • Display compliance and visual merchandising execution
  • Timeliness and accuracy of reports submitted

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 6 months to 2 years experience in merchandising, inventory planning, or retail operations
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with inventory systems and SCM processes
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven
