Job Overview:
The Customer Care Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries, concerns, and complaints related to loan accounts. This role involves handling inbound calls, managing customer accounts, and ensuring timely collections.

Key Responsibilities:
- Convert leads into active customers by effectively communicating loan products and services, addressing customer concerns, and guiding them through the application process.
- Achieve assigned collection targets by following up with customers, resolving payment issues, and ensuring timely payments.
- Maintain high call performance metrics, including call volume, call duration, and customer satisfaction.
- Effectively manage assigned leads and accounts, ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
- Prioritize past due accounts, diligently working to collect outstanding payments within the target timeframe.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to address customer inquiries accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service and collection efforts.
Key Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or collections, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle challenging conversations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
