Solar Battery Sales

Must have previous experience in Sales and Solar Experience.

SOLAR experience highly regarded, or be a fast learner to learn about energy products.

Warm leads and outbound calls, daily call targets calls per day.

-Poses the ability to follow up and to close the sale.

-Send proposals to customers

-Residential and commercial solar and battery system sales

-Involves selling solar systems by contacting leads and generating your own leads.

Positive, Enthusiastic, and Hardworking people only.

Looking for top-performing people with a high drive for success.

Must be willing to hit and smash the sales targets.

Must be enthusiastic and outgoing, able to work unsupervised.

Ability does lead generation and network building.

Must have previous sales and solar experience or willing to learn

Excellent Communication Skills and interpersonal skills;

We will reward the right candidates with uncapped packages and uncapped earning potential.

Required Experience and Skills

  • Minimum 1–2 years of solar sales experience (essential)
  • Proven telemarketing or phone-based sales background
  • Consistent track record of high sales performance and strong closing ability
  • Fluent spoken and written English with excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and able to manage time and tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with CRMs, digital communication tools, and proposal platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
