The Role:

As an Operations, Compliance, and Customer Service Officer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and outstanding customer experiences. This is a dynamic contractor role where you'll work remotely from Manila, collaborating with our Australian team to support renewable energy projects.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to solar, battery, plumbing, and HVAC projects.
  • Process rebate and grant applications, ensuring compliance with Australian regulations.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records.
  • Coordinate pre- and post-installation project management tasks to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Support operational workflows and compliance requirements for renewable energy projects.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in customer service, operations, or administration (experience in renewable energy, electrical, or plumbing industries is a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Knowledge of or willingness to learn about Australian rebate and grant processes.
  • Excellent communication skills for professional phone and email interactions.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet and proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Based in Manila, Philippines, with full working rights as a contractor.
